OUR REQUIREMENTS

We require all properties offered to be in a safe and habitable condition and must meet the respective legislative requirements. This includes the properties being free from damp, well insulated and draft proofed, sufficiently heated, having suitable flooring and being furnished with white goods (fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and oven).

If the property is required to be furnished, The minimum furnishings that may require are:

Living room and kitchen:

• • Sofa suite

  • Dining table and chairs

   

• In each bedroom:

  • Bed base with mattress

  • Wardrobe and chest of drawers

  • Curtains or suitable window covering

  • Suitable flooring

• Finally, we would require proof of ownership and consent to let (if applicable).
